Job summary

WSP Philippines invites you to join a globally connected team shaping smart ICT/ELV solutions for landmark projects. You will contribute to innovative design, integration, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

We seek a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/ICT/ELV, 3–7 years of engineering design experience, strong English communication, and a willingness to work with multi-disciplinary teams. Prior consulting or project management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, ICT/ELV Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, Information/Data Engineering, Automation and Control, or related fields.
• 3–7 years of engineering design experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Prior experience in engineering consulting or project management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Participate in high-value ICT, security or advanced engineering projects in areas such as innovative technical solutions, solutions design and development, project management, advanced engineering system operations, security systems, ELV systems and network infrastructures.
• Undertake duties in areas of smart solutions such as Cloud, IoT, Robotics, and ICT/ELV network Infrastructure.
• Take up assignments in trending areas like Digital Twin, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Smart Building/Campus/City Infrastructure.

• 3 – 7 years of relevant engineering design experience and knowledge in the respective disciplines.
• Prior experience in engineering consulting work or project management will be advantageous.
• Knowledge in ICT/ELV design and build would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
