• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least a college undergraduate or a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
• With at least 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or as a store supervisor in a fast food restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Scoop and serve ice cream, ensuring portion control and presentation standards are met.
• Welcome and help customers with a smile, suggesting flavors, and answering questions.
• Keep the store clean by wiping surfaces, sanitizing equipment, and tidying tables.
• Handle money transactions accurately and quickly at the cash register.
• Refill supplies like ice cream flavors, toppings, cones, and cups to ensure we never run out.
• Follow safety rules and health guidelines to keep the store safe and clean.
• Help receive and organize deliveries, checking dates to ensure everything's fresh.
• Work together with your team to serve customers quickly during busy times.
• Recommend extra items and inform customers about special deals to boost sales and satisfy them.
• Follow store policies and procedures for opening and closing tasks, to ensure smooth operations.
