Job summary

SGS in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a skilled Lead Auditor to join our automotive quality team. You will participate in audits, lead teams, and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and related standards.

This role requires a Bachelors in Engineering, at least four years of automotive QA experience, and preferably IRCA Lead Auditor certification. You will train staff, prepare audit packages, and interact with clients to uphold SGS Quality and Integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Four years' full-time automotive/auto parts experience with two years dedicated to quality assurance in the past 10 years under IATF 16949.
• IRCA/JRCA Lead Auditor Certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and completes the audit cycle, either as a team member or team leader.
• Prepares desk study of the client’s management system and audit checklist.
• Conducts on-site audits according to procedures.
• Prepares and completes audit package and reports.
• Interacts with clients to address inquiries related to the system standard audited.
• Provides coaching and feedback for auditors under training or supervision.
