Emapta is hiring a Workday Integration Specialist to develop and support secure, scalable integrations between Workday and third-party systems. The role requires 3+ years hands-on Workday integration experience and expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, and Informatica, with API and data-format know-how.

You will join a hybrid team based in Ortigas, Manila, with opportunities for growth and global exposure. The position offers day shifts, weekends off, day shift schedule, and a competitive salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations development and production support.
• Strong proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Packaged Integrations, Core Connectors, and Informatica.
• Experience with SFTP, SOAP, REST APIs, and Web Services.
• Knowledge of data formats and transformation technologies: XML, XSLT, JSON, CSV, Excel.
• Familiarity with Workday modules (HCM, Financials, PSA).
• Experience with Workday security, reporting, and business process configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new Workday integrations with multiple tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration errors and performance issues.
• Document integration specifications, mappings, and workflows.
• Provide technical support to end users and admins.
• Collaborate with consultants and vendors on projects.
• Maintain knowledge of Workday releases and best practices.
• Develop security, authentication, and authorization for Workday apps.
