Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Solutions Engineer specializing in the Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365. You will work closely with sales and customer teams to understand business needs and design practical, high-impact solutions that improve productivity, collaboration, reporting, and process automation.

This is a customer-facing technical role focused on solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical guidance across the Microsoft 365 and Power

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineer/Technical Consultant roles focused on Microsoft 365/Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modelling, DAX fundamentals, workspace management).
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps canvas/model-driven, Power Automate flows, Dataverse basics).
• Experience with SharePoint Online (site architecture, lists, permissions, modern pages).
• Knowledge of core Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and customers to uncover business challenges related to collaboration, reporting, dashboards, and automation.
• Design and present tailored solutions using Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Lead discovery workshops and produce demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and architectural guidance.
• Create solution proposals, architecture diagrams, user stories, and implementation recommendations.
• Support sales cycles by addressing RFPs and positioning Microsoft 365 + Power Platform solutions.
