Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is looking for a SOC L2 Analyst to join our Cybersecurity team. You will investigate advanced threats, conduct proactive threat hunts, and develop detections using Google SecOps, MITRE ATT&CK, and Python-based automation.

In this role, you will analyze telemetry across endpoints, networks, and cloud to identify adversary activity, tune detections, and contribute to security analytics. Hybrid work arrangement and Cubao office are available.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in SOC Operations or Threat Hunting.
• Experience analyzing security logs and events.
• Hands-on Google SecOps Chronicle experience.
• Proficient in Python for security automation.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and threat hunting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive threat hunting using MITRE ATT&CK to identify TTPs.
• Analyze endpoint, network, cloud telemetry to detect suspicious activity.
• Leverage Google SecOps Chronicle for investigations and analytics.
• Develop and optimize detection rules and use cases.
• Create Python-based automation to improve investigations and SOC efficiency.
• Collaborate with IR, detection engineering, and SOC teams.
• Maintain investigation findings, playbooks, and docs.
