Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Senior QA Engineer - Digital Services in Manila to lead QA activities for Navitaire Web and Mobile SDKs and bespoke digital solutions. You will work within an Agile Scrum team, design test cases, execute comprehensive testing, and mentor peers in QA practices and AI-assisted testing techniques.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Software Development, Business/System Analysis, or similar roles.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted testing and productivity tools to improve quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Be part of an Agile Scrum team of technical, functional and business domain experts to develop consumer facing Web and Mobile Apps.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Lead the creation of test cases and documentation of test results as part of QA delivery to customers.
• Lead and perform all aspects of product testing: component, integration, smoke, regression, exploratory, and performance testing.
• Participate in customer discussions to clarify requirements and gather feedback.
• Contribute to and review software and delivery quality reporting for stakeholders.
• Identify improvements on test and team processes to ensure high-quality output.
• Help investigate and resolve production issues according to team guidelines.
