Mercer Well is seeking a Registered Nurse Consultant in the Philippines to join our MercerWell team. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office weekly, and focuses on guiding administrators in care coordination and case management.

You will oversee action plans, analyze claims data, and lead discussions to improve member care. A nursing degree and active RN license are required, with 5+ years in relevant roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing is required.
• Active, unrestricted RN license (US or Philippines).
• 5+ years in case management, clinical consulting or related field.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze clinical data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Establish carrier/vendor relationships for the book of business.
• Communicate Mercer’s clinical management program models to clients.
• Lead case discussions with administrators’ clinical teams.
• Synthesize data and present results with clear, actionable insights.
• Support continuous process improvement in care coordination.
