Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Junior: 1–2 years of Python development experience.
• Senior: 4+ years of Python development experience with proven project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
