Job summary

Comrise is seeking a Java Developer in Quezon City for a hybrid, night-shift role. You will design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, build microservices, and create REST/SOAP services. A Bachelor's in CS/IT and at least 3 years of Java experience are required.

You will work with modern Java technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions. Night shift is specified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Java application development.
• Solid experience in JavaWeb (J2EE) development.
• Solid experience developing REST and SOAP Web Services.
• Solid experience with Apache Kafka.
• Knowledge of J2EE, HTTP Protocol, JAX-RS, REST Frameworks (Spring Boot, Jersey, or RestEasy), OAuth Security, Git/RTC, Clean Code principles, and SQL/MySQL.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
