Job summary

Directio is seeking a Junior Fullstack Developer (React and NodeJS) for our international client delivering digital transformation solutions for insurance and financial services. You will contribute to the broker core platform across the full stack, building and maintaining components after go-live to ensure robust operation.

The role requires 1+ year of React+Node.js experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, plus basic testing, Git workflow, and secure-coding habits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with React and Node.js and with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Basic experience in testing, git workflow and secure-coding habits.
• Familiarity with AWS to work across the stack independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the broker core platform across the full stack.
• Create model and query data in MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Write tests and review code to team standards.
• Support integration and migration workstreams as needed.
• Handle production fixes and enhancements after go-live.
• Participate in cutover planning and go-live activities.
