Job summary

Acclime is seeking a CPA/CA to join our Fund Services practice in a hybrid setup. The role focuses on accounting work for managed investment schemes, including NTA valuations, fund reporting, and compliance workflows, reporting to a Finance Manager in Sydney.

Ideal candidates will hold CA/CPA, have 2+ years' experience, and be proficient in Xero and MS Office. Experience with investment funds and unit pricing is advantageous; a collaborative, detail-driven organism is essential.

Qualifications

• Completed CA/CPA studies with a minimum of two years' work experience.
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with managed investment schemes and NTA/unit pricing (advantageous).
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, planning, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monthly/ad hoc NTA valuations
• Maintaining general ledgers and supporting workpapers using Xero and internal fund reporting tools across a number of funds
• Support application/redemption registry workflows and MIS compliance processes
• Bank and expense account reconciliations
• Investment portfolio maintenance and supporting valuation work
• Preparation and lodgement of BAS
• Preparation of management and statutory financial statements
• Regular interaction with Fund Managers across a variety of strategies
• Liaison with external tax agents
• Year-end audit co-ordination, where applicable
