Job summary

A leading payments technology firm is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the SM Support Team focused on fraud prevention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fraud analysis, team leadership, and operational management. They will be responsible for developing team performance, managing daily operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance merchant experiences. This hybrid position is located in Pasay, Metro Manila.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more with an Advanced Degree.
  • Proven experience in fraud analysis and chargeback processes.
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role managing fraud analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the SM Support Team.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and review cases for fraud.
