Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, auditing standards, and financial reporting frameworks (IFRS, local GAAP).
• Experience in external audit, including planning, risk assessment, internal control testing, and substantive procedures.
• Proficiency in using audit and productivity tools (audit software, spreadsheets, and presentation tools).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including supervising staff, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Plan audit procedures and perform risk assessments.
• Test internal controls and conduct substantive procedures.
• Review financial statements in accordance with professional standards.
• Supervise junior team members and provide coaching and feedback.
