Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Ecommerce Developer to join our hybrid team in Manila (Mall of Asia Complex, Two E-com). You’ll build high-converting Shopify assets, implement redirects, sitemaps and page speed optimizations, and expand landing pages as our scaling program grows.

You’ll collaborate with brand managers, maintain tracking health across GA4, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta pixel, and ship reliable code with thorough testing and audit records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of web development with Shopify expertise and custom theme creation.
• Proven experience integrating and working with APIs.
• Built at least one full website from scratch, not just edited templates.
• Familiar with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong written English communication skills to explain technical options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute search agency recommendations and updates (redirects, sitemaps, page speed, images, internal links).
• Build high-converting assets: landing pages, funnels, future websites for scaling.
• Optimize customer journeys and test designs to guide user pathways.
• Maintain tracking health across GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Search Console.
• Release code safely with tests, audits, and rollback plans in collaboration with local brand managers.
