Job summary

Shakey's Philippines is seeking a D365 F&O Developer (Officer I) to design, develop, test, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, with 80% remote work and 20% onsite. You will report to the Enterprise Systems Manager to help maintain upgrade-ready ERP operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT and at least four years in D365 F&O development, with X++, AOT, SSRS, Azure DevOps, and LCS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain D365 F&O solutions using X++, extensions, and supported customization methods.
• Resolve complex technical incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and address system performance issues.
• Develop and support system integrations, APIs, data entities, SSRS reports, and automated data processes.
• Manage source control, builds, releases, system deployments, and environment updates using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Apply secure coding practices, data integrity controls, change management standards, and proper documentation.
• Support D365-related projects, review vendor deliverables, coordinate with Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
