Job summary

CohnReznick Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Manager in the Cybersecurity and Digital Trust team within Risk Advisory Services. This hybrid role supports ITGC and cybersecurity audits across the advisory function, focusing on SOX compliance, NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

You will lead audits, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development. The role requires 7+ years of experience in ITGC and cyber risk, strong communication, and proficiency with SIEM and vulnerability scanners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ITGC experience with exposure to cybersecurity audits and risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of ITGCs, SOX, and cyber frameworks (COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience documenting audit findings, cyber incidents, and remediation procedures.
• Expertise in IT audit, cybersecurity governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT and cybersecurity audits in line with professional standards and client expectations.
• Analyze and document IT and security controls; develop audit programs to test ITGCs and cyber safeguards.
• Prepare audit work papers and reports that integrate IT and cybersecurity findings.
• Present audit and cyber risk findings to senior management and recommend remediation strategies.
• Collaborate with Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams on SOX, internal audit, and cyber risk assessments.
