Create Synergies Inc. is seeking a Back-End Developer to design, build, and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs powering our internal platforms. You will collaborate with frontend teams and system architects to ensure secure, high-performing software infrastructure.

In this hybrid onsite role based in Makati, you will work night shifts and help deliver scalable, secure backend services while optimizing performance and reliability across our tech stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Back‑End Developer using Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.
• Strong expertise in database management systems, including both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
• Solid understanding of API design principles, RESTful services, and modern security protocols.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control tools like Git.

Responsibilities

• Architecture and implementation of robust, scalable server-side logic and database structures.
• Development, testing, and deployment of clean, maintainable code.
• Creation and integration of secure APIs and web services to support front-end and third-party systems.
• Performance optimization of backend services to manage high data volumes and minimize latency.
• Identification, troubleshooting, and debugging of system issues to maintain continuous operational stability.
