Job summary

Boldergroup is seeking an AML Compliance Support Analyst to strengthen our Center of Excellence. You will analyze transactions, investigate suspicious activity, and help ensure regulatory and internal policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong AML regulatory knowledge, including the BSA and applicable laws.
• Ability to analyze complex transactions and identify red flags.
• Experience in investigations and documenting findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with AML software and databases.
• CAMS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review transactions and customer data to identify AML risks.
• Investigate and document suspicious activity, filing SARs as required.
• Assist in developing and implementing AML policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on AML regulations and best practices.
• Provide AML training and support to employees.
• Participate in audits and regulatory examinations.
• Contribute to AML systems and tooling maintenance.
