Job summary

IT AVENUE GENERAL MERCHANDISE in the Philippines seeks a Vocational/Technical RAC/HVAC graduate to join the field service team in Cavite. The role covers installation, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of air-conditioning and HVAC units.

Ideal candidates are willing to travel to customer locations, follow safety procedures, and document service activities. Knowledge of proper installation and basic troubleshooting is required, with experience welcomed but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical RAC/HVAC graduates preferred.
• Experience in air-conditioner/HVAC installation or maintenance is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of proper installation procedures and basic HVAC troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with HVAC tools and equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, maintain, and troubleshoot air-conditioning and HVAC units.
• Inspect equipment for proper operation and potential issues.
• Use and maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow installation procedures and safety standards.
• Respond to service requests and coordinate with customers and teams.
• Document completed installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Report major issues to Supervisor.
• Perform related duties as assigned by Management.

Job description

Vocational/Technical course graduate in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (RAC), HVAC, or a related field.

Experience in air-conditioning/HVAC installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting is an advantage.

Knowledge of proper installation procedures and basic HVAC troubleshooting.

Knowledgeable in the proper use and handling of HVAC tools and equipment.

Physically fit and willing to perform fieldwork and travel to customer locations.

Strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and ability to follow technical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Install, test, maintain, and troubleshoot air-conditioning and HVAC units.

Inspect equipment for proper operation, damage, and potential issues.

Use and maintain appropriate tools, equipment, and materials.

Follow prescribed installation procedures and workplace safety standards.

Respond to assigned service requests and coordinate with customers and internal teams.

Document completed installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

Report major technical issues and repair requirements to the Supervisor.

Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
