Job summary
FLEXAIR PHILIPPINES, INCORPORATED is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems at our Laguna site. You will conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and prepare service reports, ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.
As part of a dynamic service team, you will coordinate schedules with clients, support commissioning and testing activities, and maintain tools and inventory to ensure reliable system operation.

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Conduct preventive and maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
- Perform site inspection and technical assessment.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
- Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules and technical concerns.
- Support commissioning and testing activities.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
