Job summary

A leading bank in the Philippines is seeking a Talent Sourcing Officer to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for identifying and attracting suitable candidates for various bank officer roles. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources and have at least three years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the banking industry. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work onsite in Ortigas.

Job description

Talent Sourcing Officer is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage the right fit talents for the bank officer requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain candidate funnels and talent pipelines
  • Partner and collaborate closely with recruitment team members, internal hiring managers and HR to meet overall hiring objectives and align with business goals
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively develop talent pool
  • Responsible in managing assigned candidate requisitions, CV screening, initial candidate screening and scheduling interviews
  • Actively involved in planning and participating in recruiting events
  • Prepares and evaluates sourcing metrics and prepares detailed reports on productivity
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree graduate in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience in talent acquisition, sourcing or recruiting preferably in banking or financial services industry
  • Expertise in using various sourcing techniques and tools, as well as proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and business stakeholders
  • Analytical skills to assess talent pipelines and sourcing strategies

The Candidate must be willing to work onsite daily and be assigned in Ortigas.
