Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Nursing, or any related course
  • With 6 months to 1 year HR experience
  • With 6 months to 1 year experience in processing PEZA documents
  • Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
  • Amenable to attend face-to-face interviews
  • Can start as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Prepare and process accurate and timely payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Handle government-mandated benefits and contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding taxes), including timely reporting and remittance
  • Monitor and maintain accurate employee records such as attendance, leave balances, and overtime
  • Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies
