Job Summary

The HR Specialist will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment by managing employee relations and driving meaningful engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, inquiries, and issues.
  • Assist in handling labor-related cases, investigations, and conflict resolutions in a fair and objective manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and standard HR practices.
  • Maintain updated employee records and documentation related to employee relations.
Employee Engagement
  • Support the planning and rollout of employee engagement programs, events, and initiatives that strengthen company culture.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights on employee morale and recommend programs to boost engagement.
  • Assist in evaluating effectiveness of engagement programs and suggest improvements.
HR Operations Support
  • Provide support in HR administrative processes as needed (e.g., communication memos, policy dissemination, HR reports).
  • Assist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth cultural and operational integration for new hires.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR work experience; exposure to employee relations or engagement is a strong advantage.
