Job Description
- Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Conduct background checks to verify candidate information.
- Source candidates through various job portals and platforms.
- Facilitate new employee orientations and update staff records.
- Address employee complaints and assist in grievance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws to avoid legal challenges.
- Handle confidential HR information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in planning and organizing training programs, meetings, and internal events.
- Coordinate HR projects (e.g., meetings, training, surveys) and take meeting minutes.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on HR activities.
- Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an HR-related role is a plus.
- Solid understanding of core HR functions and practices.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to assist in organizing trainings, meetings, and HR-related events.
