  • Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Conduct background checks to verify candidate information.
  • Source candidates through various job portals and platforms.
  • Facilitate new employee orientations and update staff records.
  • Address employee complaints and assist in grievance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws to avoid legal challenges.
  • Handle confidential HR information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in planning and organizing training programs, meetings, and internal events.
  • Coordinate HR projects (e.g., meetings, training, surveys) and take meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on HR activities.
  • Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an HR-related role is a plus.
