Planate Management Group is seeking an HR Intern to join our Human Resources Team in Subic, Zambales. This role primarily supports our General HR and Recruitment functions, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Ideal candidates are junior or senior students or recent graduates pursuing degrees in Human Resource Management or Psychology. Responsibilities include maintaining employee training records, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with HR protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn and a professional drive.
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of relevant degree programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee training records, certifications, and licenses.
• Support the Recruitment team in sourcing candidates and creating job postings.
• Ensure compliance with data management and security protocols.

Creative and resourceful

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva

Education

Pursuing degree in BSBA Major in Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, or relevant degree
