We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented, and detail-driven HR Employee Relations & Recruitment Staff to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about building strong workplace relationships and identifying the right talent, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations:
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and reports with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Conduct initial investigations, documentation, and coordination with HR Leadership.
  • Promote a positive work environment through engagement activities and HR support.
  • Help monitor employee performance, attendance, and behavioral issues.
Recruitment:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
  • Conduct sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Prepare assessment reports and endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Maintain applicant databases and ensure timely communication with applicants.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
🔹 Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HRDM, Business Administration or related course.
  • Preferably with experience in Recruitment and/or Employee Relations.
