Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Business Partner (Employee Wellbeing) to champion initiatives that enhance employee health, resilience, and overall engagement across JFC Philippines. This role will design and lead programs that foster mental, physical, and social well‑being while driving meaningful engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments through surveys, focus groups, and data analysis to identify priorities for well‑being and engagement.
  • Establish strategic objectives for programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive initiatives addressing mental, physical, and emotional health, alongside engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with Global Total Rewards to create inclusive policies that support diverse employee needs.
  • Prepare detailed rollout plans with timelines, milestones, and accountability measures.
  • Drive program awareness and partner with HRBPs to ensure strong participation and seamless execution.
  • Track and evaluate program effectiveness using participation metrics, feedback, and performance indicators.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for well‑being and engagement across the organization.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Provide leadership with insights, benchmarking data, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in well‑being and engagement roles.
  • Proven ability to design and manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Strong capability to integrate well‑being and engagement strategies with business objectives.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid work arrangement.
