The HR ADMIN is responsible for ensuring the proper documentation, safekeeping, and coordination of all administrative and human resource-related activities within a designated area or region. This includes maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, processing government-mandated benefits, and supporting operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize employee 201 files and HRIS data, including contracts, IDs, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure applicant documentation is complete.
  • Monitor and update databases such as manpower listings, employee contact details, and government compliance records.
  • Ensure timely processing and safekeeping of SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth contributions and loan payments.
  • Assist in employee ID issuance, exit interviews, and HR-related meetings.
  • Act as a point of contact for admin concerns in the absence of immediate supervisors.
QUALIFICATION
  • Graduate of any course.
