Job summary

A manufacturing business is seeking an experienced HR and Admin Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and have 5 to 7 years of managerial experience. ISO, HACCP, or GMP certifications are advantageous. The position is based in Batangas with a competitive salary range of Php80,000-Php90,000 and on a dayshift onsite work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Holder of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any Business course.
• 5 to 7 years of managerial experience or in Human Resource Management.
• Experience with ISO, HACCP, GMP certifications related to HR operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain employee files and HR documents according to legal requirements.
• Guide and inspire HR and administrative teams to achieve high performance.
