• Maintain cleanliness, schedule regular cleaning tasks, ensure sanitation standards, and assist clients with inquiries.
• Perform laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels.
• Report maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Working quickly without compromising quality while prioritizing tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in housekeeping or cleaning.
• 2 years of experience as Housekeeping Supervisor (preferred).
• Vocational course/college degree holder; TESDA NC 2 Certificate in Housekeeping is an advantage.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in general cleaning, organization, disinfection, and carpet cleaning. Strong customer service orientation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; detailed-oriented; reliable; friendly; able to work independently.
• Computer proficiency – intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig, Libis Quezon City, and Makati City.
• Knowledgeable in basic cleaning procedures (office setup) and chemical/equipment handling.

Working Conditions

• Varied environments including residential and commercial spaces; standing for extended periods may be required.
