A food production company in Naga is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to oversee cleanliness and sanitation standards in the manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and at least 3 years of janitorial experience in a food manufacturing setting. This role involves coordinating audits, training staff, and managing supplies to ensure the production of safe, quality food products.

The Sanitation Supervisor supervises the janitorial staff and dishwashers; effectively manages the cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all work areas and facilities consistent with food safety standards to promote the production of safe and quality food products.
Coordinates and prepares the plant to be audit ready every day.
Supervises the training and daily activities of sanitation personnel.
Plans and coordinates cleaning schedules and the proper allocation of resources (sanitation staff, equipment and supplies)
Maintains the adequate stocking of cleaning supplies, tools and equipment to ensure the provision of cleaning services at all times to maintain safe work areas and facilities for food production.
Coordinates waste disposal and selling of scrap materials to the approved scrap buyer.
Monitors the effectiveness and adequacy of the cleaning and sanitation applied to all equipment, premises and facilities including the refilling of hand cleansing agents to ensure a safe food environment and to facilitate hand washing.
Recommends measures to improve the Sanitation and reduce chemical usage.
Act as OIC in the absence of the Department Head, which includes making decisions and ensuring the sustenance of work flow in the Sanitation department.
Reports concerns and food safety incidences to superiors to allow for prompt and proper resolution.
Performs job related duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
College graduate
Preferably with a minimum of 3 years’ of housekeeping and janitorial experience in the same capacity in a food manufacturing setting. An equivalent combination of training and experience indicating possession of the succeeding knowledge and abilities may substitute for the education and experience requisites.
Willing to work at Merville, Paranaque.
