Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of our Airbnb units. The ideal candidate ensures each property is guest‑ready, sanitized, and meets high hospitality standards to provide an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the property including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces
• Change linens, make beds, and replace towels between guest stays
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, tissue, soap, coffee, and snacks
• Inspect property for damages, missing items, or maintenance issues and report immediately
• Ensure appliances, lights, and air conditioning are functioning properly
• Follow check‑in/check‑out schedules and prepare units on time
• Dispose of trash properly and maintain waste segregation (if applicable)
• Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically (e.g., windows, upholstery, appliances)
• Assist in inventory tracking of cleaning supplies and linens
• Coordinate with property manager for urgent turnovers or guest requests

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or similar role (hospitality experience preferred)
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper sanitation standards
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight turnaround times
