Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in marketing.
• Portfolio demonstrating original marketing campaigns and projects.
• Proven ability to develop concepts and execute to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing materials, including email campaigns, catalogs, social content, and digital ads.
• Develop sales presentations, promotional materials, and other collateral.
• Translate concepts into production-ready designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across typography, layout, and assets.
• Proofread designs for spelling, grammar, and alignment with brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal revisions.
• Work independently from concept to final delivery with feedback incorporated.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide effective design solutions.
• Stay current with AI-powered tools while preserving strong design capabilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design and execute marketing materials, including email campaigns, catalogs, social media content, and digital advertisements.

• Maintain brand consistency across typography, layout, visual hierarchy, formatting, and marketing assets.
• Proofread designs carefully for spelling, grammar, copy accuracy, layout, specifications, and brand standards.
• Manage a high volume of projects and competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Work independently from concept through final completion, incorporating direction and feedback while minimizing revision cycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
• Stay familiar with AI-powered creative tools while maintaining strong independent design capabilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Salary Range: PHP 55,000–60,000 per month
