Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a logistics professional to manage end-to-end order delivery for home appliances, coordinating with warehouses and last-mile providers to ensure timely, accurate delivery. You will monitor KPIs, manage SLAs, and drive continuous improvements across supply chain functions.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics, strong English communication, and a data-driven approach to optimize costs and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in related fields (as required).
• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management; appliance delivery experience preferred.
• Experience in logistics service provider management; familiarity with local logistics systems and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration; English required, Chinese preferred.
• Solid understanding of supply chain regulations, standards and best practices.
• Data-driven mindset; proficient in AI for business analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order delivery from placement to last-mile to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
• Manage local logistics providers, set SLAs, monitor metrics like on-time delivery, damage rate, and complaint rate; drive service quality improvements.
• Oversee local warehouse supply and PSI; monitor stock levels and balance supply-demand to avoid stockouts and dead stock.
• Monitor delivery load rates and optimize routes to reduce per-unit costs.
• Establish quick response mechanisms for delivery exceptions and coordinate with providers to resolve delays, damages, and rejections.
• Produce regular delivery KPI reports and identify bottlenecks for process optimization and SOP iteration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, and After-Sales to ensure smooth order flow and timely information sharing.
