Job summary

A leading insurance agency in Metro Manila is seeking an HMO Insurance Specialist to drive new business and promote non-life insurance products. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in insurance sales, with strong skills in customer service and relationship management. Responsibilities include generating business, conducting client analysis, and maintaining client relationships. This is an onsite role based in BGC, Taguig with competitive benefits including bonuses, HMO coverage, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven experience in selling Non-Life Insurance Sales or HMO/Medical.
• Knowledgeable in various non-life insurance products (e.g., Motor, Fire, Marine, Liability, Property, Engineering).
• Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by engaging prospective clients and promoting non-life insurance products.
• Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance coverage.
• Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams for policy processing and servicing.
• Monitor policy renewals and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and sales reports.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
