iCare HMO is seeking a capable HMO Coordinator / Member Relations Representative to support Hospital Liaison Officers and the Medical Services Division. You will assist insured members during availments, ensure proper customer service, and help implement plan policies through utilization management.

The role emphasizes member communication, coordination with hospitals and providers, and timely handling of LOAs and scheduling.

Formación

• Graduate of any 4-year college course; medical allied preferred.
• Experience in insurance/HMO and value-adding services preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• BPO experience handling healthcare accounts is an advantage but not required.
• Open to project-based employment and able to start ASAP.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to Hospital Liaison Officers and the Medical Services Division.
• Assist iCare members during availments and ensure proper customer service implementation.
• Issue LOAs and assist MD scheduling and other services for members.
• Maintain and improve member relations and utilization management processes.
