We’re looking for a team member who can answer customer inquiries, research solutions, and explain our products with empathy and clarity. A senior high school graduate or some college, plus at least 3 months of BPO experience, and solid communication skills are required.

• Must have at least 3 months of BPO experience.
• Great verbal communication and business writing skills.
• Recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge.
• Computer experience.
