A local real estate development firm in the Philippines is looking for a reliable household or office assistant. Responsibilities include performing cleaning duties, organizing supplies, running errands, and possibly basic cooking or childcare. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, communicate well, and be willing to learn. Flexibility in work hours is also important for this role.
Assist with daily household or office tasks
Perform cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
Organize and maintain supplies or materials
Run errands (grocery shopping, deliveries)
Help with basic cooking or meal preparation
Support with childcare or pet care (if applicable)
Carry out minor repairs or maintenance tasks
Follow instructions from supervisor
Must be reliable and trustworthy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of cleaning and household tasks
Good communication skills
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
Physically fit for manual tasks
Previous experience (preferred but not required)
Flexible work hours and availability
