Overview

The Helper supports team members and contributes to the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities. This role involves providing assistance with tasks, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring that materials and tools are readily available.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor or lead worker.
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to the required locations.
• Help set up and break down workspaces or equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, organized work environment.
• Support skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, electricians, chefs, etc.) in their tasks.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods.
• Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift or move heavy items as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of tools and equipment in the field.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
