Responsibilities

• Water Refilling: Refill water containers with purified water, ensuring proper measurements and cleanliness.
• Customer Assistance: Assist customers with their water refilling needs, help carry and load heavy water bottles when required.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of water bottles, ensuring adequate supply for refilling, and report low stock levels to management.
• Quality Control: Ensure that water quality standards are met and containers are sanitized properly before refilling.
• Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the refilling station, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
• Equipment Care: Assist in the maintenance of water refilling machines and ensure they are in good working order.
• Cash Handling: Occasionally assist with billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and providing change to customers.
• Delivery Assistance: Help with the packing and delivery of water orders to customers as required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in a similar role or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
