The Helper is responsible for assisting in daily operations by performing a variety of tasks to support the team. Duties include basic manual labor, organization, cleaning, and helping skilled workers with their tasks. This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers (e.g., laborers, technicians, chefs, etc.) with their tasks and daily activities.
• Perform basic manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and organizing materials or products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Operate basic equipment and tools as directed by supervisors.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Run errands and complete small tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Help with the assembly or disassembly of equipment or structures.
• Prepare materials or tools for more advanced workers.
• Perform inventory checks and assist in restocking supplies.
