The Helper is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the department or team. The role involves performing a variety of tasks to support and ensure the smooth workflow, such as assisting in handling materials, maintaining cleanliness, organizing tools or equipment, and performing other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials or products.
• Support team members by preparing tools, materials, and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Help with assembling or packaging products as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Carry out basic manual tasks like moving items, sorting, and organizing supplies.
• Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
• Participate in training and development activities as required.
