Store Helper

The Store Helper assists store personnel in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient store environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Stocking shelves and displays: Unpacking, organizing, and stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate pricing and placement. Maintaining shelf and display cleanliness and organization.

Maintaining store cleanliness: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and emptying trash receptacles. Maintaining overall store tidiness and organization.

Assisting with receiving and processing shipments: Unloading trucks, checking in deliveries, and verifying inventory against invoices.

Assisting customers: Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, locating merchandise, and assisting with carrying items

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail or warehouse setting is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings (if applicable).
