Job description

The Store Helper assists store personnel in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient store environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stocking shelves and displays: Unpacking, organizing, and stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate pricing and placement. Maintaining shelf and display cleanliness and organization.
• Maintaining store cleanliness: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and emptying trash receptacles. Maintaining overall store tidiness and organization.
• Assisting with receiving and processing shipments: Unloading trucks, checking in deliveries, and verifying inventory against invoices.
• Assisting customers: Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, locating merchandise, and assisting with carrying items.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license (may be required depending on the location).
