Job summary

A rental property management company in Ilocos Norte is seeking an Apartment Helper to support the property management team by assisting with cleaning and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include cleaning vacant units, maintaining common areas, and assisting with minor maintenance. The ideal candidate should be able to perform physically demanding tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing vacant apartment units prior to new tenant occupancy.
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting and light repairs.
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways and laundry rooms.
• Assisting with move-in/move-out processes.
• Reporting necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager.

The Apartment Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of apartment units and common areas.

• Cleaning and sanitizing vacant apartment units prior to new tenant occupancy. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and removing trash.
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and replacing light bulbs.
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms.
• Assisting with move‑in/move‑out processes, including removing trash and debris.
• Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.
