Job summary

A retail and aquatic center in Ilocos Norte is seeking a dedicated individual for store maintenance and customer assistance. Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, assisting with shipments, and providing exceptional customer service. Flexibility in scheduling is desired, including availability on weekends and evenings. Prior retail or warehouse experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining store cleanliness: sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Assisting with receiving and processing shipments: unloading trucks, checking in deliveries, and verifying inventory against invoices.
• Assisting customers by providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, locating merchandise, and assisting with carrying items.
