Store Helper

The Helper assists personnel in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and displays, unpacking, organizing, and stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate pricing and placement. Maintaining shelf and display cleanliness and organization.
• Maintaining store cleanliness: sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and emptying trash receptacles. Maintaining overall tidiness and organization.
• Assisting with receiving and processing shipments: unloading trucks, checking in deliveries, and verifying inventory against invoices.
• Assisting customers: providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, locating merchandise, and assisting with carrying items.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail or warehouse setting is a plus but not required.
