Job summary

Rosalie Coconut Trading is seeking a store/warehouse attendant to help maintain cleanliness and assist with shipments and customer service in our operations in the Philippines. The role involves unloading deliveries, inventory checks, stocking shelves, and helping customers locate merchandise.

Experience in retail or a warehouse setting is a plus but not required. A flexible schedule including weekends and evenings may be needed to support store operations and peak periods.

• Maintaining store cleanliness: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and emptying trash receptacles. Maintaining overall store tidiness and organization.
• Assisting with receiving and processing shipments: Unloading trucks, checking in deliveries, and verifying inventory against invoices.
• Assisting customers: Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, locating merchandise, and assisting with carrying items.
• Prior experience in a retail or warehouse setting is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings (if applicable).
