Store Helper

The Store Helper assists store personnel in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient store environment.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and displays; unpacking, organizing, and stocking merchandise; ensuring accurate pricing and placement; maintaining shelf and display cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Assist with receiving and processing shipments: unloading trucks, checking in deliveries, and verifying inventory against invoices.
• Assist customers by providing exceptional service, answering questions, locating merchandise, and helping carry items.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail or warehouse setting is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings (if applicable).
• Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
